This community is for all staff in Kirklees Schools, Colleges, and Work based Providers who are involved with using the online Prospectus and Common Application Process.  Access is also offered to YHGfL cross-border partners who have links with Kirklees and its learners.

Please contact Richard Gentle for login details.  You will need to provide: Organisation name, personal first name and surname, email address, your designated Prospectus/CAP role.

Case Studies
Three case studies are now available here, of Local Authorities who have successfully implemented the UCAS Prospectus and CAP.

Apprenticeship Entries
All Apprenticeships now have to be submitted to the National Apprenticeship Vacancy Matching Service website and cannot be included on the Kirklees Prospectus website. (This does not apply to Young Apprenticeships).

Significant Dates: 
All Learners should now be in the process of applying for opportunities via the online CAP.

College and Sixth Form open evenings, entry requirements, and application dates can be found on the Prospectus website on the 'News and Events' tab.
